Always a pleasure to read your work, dear Daisy. We all try to holiday together, even though our offspring are 46, 45 and 40. We’ve had bust-ups and the odd tantrum but it’s always such a pleasure to be together. A long weekend in one of the beach houses in Camber in April (before the crowds) was a lot of fun and last year, to celebrate Jane’s 70th, we rented the most amazing farmhouse near Aldeburgh which comfortably slept 12. It was awesome.
